Our story

A small roastery that keeps things honest

Harbour Lane Bakery has been a small-batch coffee roastery and cafe serving the Sheridan community since 2018.

We started with a simple idea: coffee tastes best when it is fresh, and it means more when you know where it came from. So we built a roastery and cafe around exactly that. Every week we roast in-house, in small batches, right here in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Roasting ourselves, every week, is a choice. It keeps our batches small enough to taste and tune, and it means the beans you take home were roasted days ago — not months. And because we name the farm on every bag, you always know whose harvest is in your cup. No mystery blends, no vague labels — just honest, traceable coffee.

Whether you are a neighbour grabbing a bag on the way home or a cafe owner building a menu around good beans, we want you to get coffee at its peak. That is the whole point of staying small and unfussy.

Our promise

What you'll always find in a Harbour Lane bag

No mystery blends, no beans of uncertain age. Just a short, honest list of things we hold ourselves to on every single order.

  • Roasted in-house in Sheridan
  • Roasted the same week it ships
  • The farm named on the label
  • Small-batch, tasted and tuned
  • Whole bean or ground to order
  • Made for homes and cafes alike

Who we're for

Local coffee drinkers and cafe owners who want fresh, traceable beans. If you care where your coffee comes from and how recently it was roasted, you're our kind of person — at home or behind the bar.

What we stand for

Freshness and honesty, plainly done. We roast in small batches every week and put the farm on the label because good coffee shouldn't hide where it comes from. Unfussy, warm, and grounded in our community.

How we do things

Roast weekly

Small batches, in-house, every week — so nothing sits around losing its character.

Name the farm

Every bag names the farm it came from. Traceable beans, no exceptions.

Serve our community

A cafe and roastery for Sheridan — the same care in a bag as in a cup at the bar.
